For warranty claims on items not purchased directly from Seiko Boutiques or our Official Online Boutique, please contact the local Authorized Dealer (AD) where you made the purchase. The warranty process may vary depending on the dealer's specific policies and procedures. However, Seiko Service Centers may still accept watches bought from local ADs, subject to assessment and inspection by our technicians. Charges may apply.
