Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Department of Trade and Industry’s Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, customers are entitled to a refund or exchange only in cases where a product is defective and such issue remains unresolved within seven (7) days from the date Seiko Philippines is notified.
Note: A change of mind does not qualify for return or refund under Philippine consumer law. The “No Return, No Exchange” prohibition applies only to defective or imperfect goods.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
All requests must be sent to ecommerce@seikophilippines.com and must include:
- Video of the package being opened, showing the defect
- Clear photos and/or videos of the defect or damage
- Full name, shipping address, and contact number
Review & Approval Process
All requests are subject to review. Seiko Philippines maintains records of all fulfilled orders. A request may be declined if:
- The damage is caused by mishandling by the customer or a third party
- The item is returned due to a change of mind
- The item was not purchased directly from Seiko Philippines’ official online platforms
If a defective item is returned and the customer opts not to proceed with a replacement, a refund may be issued. Please note: Refunds for online payments will be subject to non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment gateways:
- BPI Credit Card: 3.5%
- PayPal (Local): 3.90% + ₱15.00
- PayPal (International): 4.40% + ₱15.00
- PayMaya (Card): 2.70% + ₱5.00
- PayMaya (QR Code): 1.50%
- Cybersource – 3% (straight payment), 4.5% (installment)
Payments made via bank deposit or transfer are eligible for full refund. Refunds may take up to 75 business days and will be processed using the original payment method. If credit card refunds exceed the standard period, Seiko Philippines may issue a manual refund.
We implement an ALL SALES ARE FINAL Policy for all CLEARANCE watches.
All clearance watches are sold under a final sale policy and are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are encouraged to request an online inspection before completing payment.
Out-of-Stock Orders
If an item is out of stock, the standard 45-75 day refund period still applies.
