Refund Policy & Process
1. If you wish to request a refund, please email us at ecommerce@seikophilippines.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Order Number].
Kindly indicate the reason for your refund request and attach any supporting documents (e.g., proof of payment, delivery receipt, photos if applicable).
2. Our E-commerce Team will carefully review your request. You will be notified via email once your request is approved or if we require additional information.
3. Refund Timelines:
- Standard Refunds – Once approved, refunds may take up to 45 business days to process.
- Lost Parcels (via third-party courier) – In cases where a refund is requested due to a lost parcel, please allow up to 75 business days as additional verification and coordination with our courier partner are required.
- If the refund processing exceeds the standard timeline, Seiko Philippines will issue a manual refund via bank deposit, even if the original payment was made through a different method.
4. For orders paid through online payment gateways, please note that bank and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. These are applied in real-time during checkout and will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the event that the purchased item is out of stock, the customer, by completing the checkout process, expressly agrees to accept a replacement item of equivalent value or specification, subject to availability. Should the customer opt for a refund instead, he or she acknowledges and accepts the applicable deductions as outlined in this policy.
- Credit Card (BPI Global Payments) – 3.5%
- PayPal (Local Cards) – 3.90% + ₱15.00 per transaction
- PayPal (International Cards) – 4.40% + ₱15.00 per transaction
- PayMongo – 2.70%
- PayMaya (Card Transaction) – 2.70% + ₱5.00 per transaction
- PayMaya (QR Code) – 1.50%
- Cybersource – 3% (straight payment), 4.5% (installment)
For payments made through bank deposits or bank transfers, a full refund will be provided.
5. Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the timeline exceeds 75 business days, the refund will instead be processed via bank deposit to ensure timely resolution.
