We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if you experience any issues with your Seiko timepiece, a replacement may be provided, subject to a thorough assessment by our team.

Please note the following conditions for warranty claims:

- The watch must not have been opened or tampered with.

- Proof of purchase is required.

For warranty claims on items not purchased directly from Seiko Boutiques or our Official Online Boutique, please contact the local Authorized Dealer (AD) where you made the purchase. The warranty process may vary depending on the dealer's specific policies and procedures. However, Seiko Service Centers may still accept watches bought from local ADs, subject to assessment and inspection by our technicians. Charges may apply.
