Once your order is ready for dispatch, delivery within Metro Manila is estimated to take 2-5 business days, while delivery outside Manila may extend to 7-10 business days.

Warranty FAQs
Warranty on timepieces purchased at Seiko boutiques and Official Online Platforms
We offer a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if you experience any issues with your Seiko timepiece, a replacement may be provided, subject to a thorough assessment by our team. Please note the following conditions for warranty claims:- The watch must not have been opened or tampered with.- Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty on timepieces purchased at Local Authorized Dealers
For warranty claims on items not purchased directly from Seiko Boutiques or our Official Online Boutique, please contact the local Authorized Dealer (AD) where you made the purchase. The warranty process may vary depending on the dealer's specific policies and procedures. However, Seiko Service Centers may still accept watches bought from local ADs, subject to assessment and inspection by our technicians. Charges may apply.
We recommend visiting the store where you made your purchase to inquire about the specific warranty process for your item. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase and guarantee card when making your inquiry.
Warranty on timepieces purchased at International Authorized Retailers
Warranty claims are valid only for purchases made from Authorized Retailers. Please refer to the list below:https://www.seikowatches.com/ph-en/stores/listWe accept warranty claims for watches purchased internationally, as long as they are from an Authorized Retailer.
However, if the watch needs to be sent to Japan for service, a shipping fee of P10,000.00 will apply, as the watch was not imported into the Philippines.
