1. I want to return my purchase! What can I do?

    Follow these steps to return an item:


  • When returning the item(s), customer should contact Seiko Philippines through its e-mail at ecommerce@seikophilippines.com. Customer should take photos of the damage products and necessary to upload the image(s) to provide proofs.


  • Pack the item(s) you need to return including the paper bag, warranty card, user-guide, and invoice, and seal it properly. (If it includes any accessory or freebie, please make sure to include them when returning the item.)


  • All returns will be given to any Seiko boutiques located at SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, Glorietta 1, and SM Aura for Metro Manila. SM Seaside, SM Cebu, and Ayala Cebu for Visayas Area.


  • Shipping of item(s) is also granted. Customer may select any courier services that he/she wants to deliver. Returns should be addressed to any Seiko boutiques that the customer wants to deliver the item(s). Seiko Philippines is not liable for any lost or other damages taken when it’s shipped. (Shipping cost is covered by Seiko Philippines and will be refunded to customers).


  • Inform the branch personnel in the return partner location that you would like to ship the item. Contact details are provided in Seiko Philippines online store (seikophilipines.com) >stores<.


  1. If I want a watch that is not on the website, can I pre order?
  • It depends. You may inquire about your preferred watch by sending an email to: info@seikophilippines.com.
  • Some Seiko watches are limited to other countries only so that may be a factor why pre ordering it through us may not be possible.
  • We try to keep our website as updated as possible, if a certain watch is not uploaded, it may have been discontinued already.


  1. Do you adjust links prior to shipping?


  • All adjustments can be done after receiving the item(s). It is free of charge at any Seiko boutiques, just present your warranty card together with the watch.


  1. How do I make sure this is legit?


  • Authentic Seiko watches have 6 alpha-numeric serial and case numbers at the back of the watch. Bring your watch to any Seiko store to have it checked.




  1. I can see that the items in your website is limited. Do you have a catalogue of all your watches?
  • We try to keep our website as updated as possible, but if a certain watch is not uploaded, please do not hesitate to inquire via email: info@seikophilippines.com.


  1. Do you match prices if my item goes on sale after my purchase?
  • We announce our sales and promos days prior so please don’t forget to check out our social networking sites and pages to be updated.

    • PayPalaccepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you find your credit card is not being accepted with a message such as "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

  • All watch prices are inclusive of VAT.

    • We only accept Paypal at the moment. We are working on making our payment gateways easier so stay tuned for updates.



  1. What can cause my order to be delayed?
    • There are different factors why an order may be delayed.
    • Shipping address is incomplete and courier wasn’t able to locate.
    • You ordered after office hours on Friday or during weekends. Your order will be processed by Monday the following week.
    • Unverified payments.
